This oil can may look like something Dorothy would use on the Tin Man, but it is actually either a sign that you are running low on oil or that your oil pump isn’t functioning properly. Your oil pump is responsible for circulating oil and properly lubricating the components of your engine. To keep your engine running smoothly, you should bring your car in for an oil change and inspection.

Your tire pressure warning symbol, or TPMS, lets you know when one or more of your tires is improperly inflated. Both over and underinflated tires put you at risk for accelerated or uneven wear as well as blowouts and should be addressed as soon as possible. In general, the recommended psi, or pounds per square inch, is between 30 and 35, but your vehicle’s optimal pressure is likely noted on a sticker on the driver’s side door.  If this light comes on, grab your tire pressure gauge and inflate or deflate your tires until they reach the ideal psi.
